My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were cozy with lovely views and a fireplace, but the dining service was a disaster when busy. The location was fabulous, offering beautiful views of the Grand Teton National Park, but the on-site dining was overpriced. The service was awesome overall, from the moment I landed to when I left, although finding out about additional charges for breakfast was disappointing.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The rooms were awesome, and the location around the 'lake' was so picturesque. However, the cleanliness of the room was a bit of a letdown. Despite the sliding glass doors adding a nice touch, they could have been cleaner.

The service was top-notch, very accommodating, and they even opened up the rest of the lower level connected to our suite at no charge. However, at Spring Creek, they were not particularly apologetic or concerned.
